Our Practice

Bluegrass Pediatric Therapies, aka BPT, is a pediatric outpatient rehabilitation facility with locations in Richmond and Winchester, Kentucky. We provide speech, occupational, and physical therapy for children aged 0-21 years old. We focus on learning through developmentally appropriate activities and play. Since the occupation of the child is play, we believe that play is the best source for all children to learn!

Our therapists are specially-trained to work with children, integrating evidence-based practices into play to support more rapid skill development. With a doctor’s order, we assess each child’s needs and develop a family-centered plan to work on these needs. Our skilled therapists have also been trained to provide sensory integration techniques into therapy in order to help the child regulate and process the world around them.
