One of the billing specialists in our billing department will call you after your child's initial evaluation to discuss payment details. They will provide you with the prices for services and the eval determined by YOUR INDIVIDUAL INSURANCE PLAN. They will also provide you with the self-pay rate. You are welcome to opt into the self-pay rate instead of your insurance's rate if you prefer. Our billing department is also happy to discuss setting up a payment plan if that is beneficial for you and your family! A payment plan is available at any time during your child's enrollment in services at Bluegrass Pediatric Therapies (BPT)!

Upon your child's initial evaluation, if you have commercial insurance, you will be provided with a packet of billing FAQs. If there are still unanswered questions that you have, if you desire more clarity on the financial policy, or if you have any concerns with your payments at any time, you are welcome to directly contact our billing department!
