My name is Lakin and I have lived in Richmond the majority of my life!
I have been with BPT since 2022 starting as the only front desk person. December of 2024 I transitioned to the Billing department and became the Appeals Specialist.
Outside of work you can most likely find me at home hanging with my fur child named Boo!
