About the Role
We are searching for a Physical Therapist to work in a private outpatient clinic serving children in Winchester, Kentucky. If you love children and have physical therapy experience in pediatrics, then you are a great applicant for Bluegrass Pediatric Therapies. We are seeking a Physical Therapist with excellent clinical skills and impeccable collaboration skills in order to perform the tasks efficiently.
Requirements
Educational and professional requirements:
Degree from an accredited APTA program.
Valid National Provider Identification (NPI) number is required.
Current and valid KY Physical Therapy license.
Professional Liability Insurance required.
Current Medicaid ID number preferred.
