About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Finance Assistant to join our dynamic team. The Finance Assistant plays a vital role in providing billing and finance support. As well as enhancing department efficiency. The assistant will help with billing sheets, intake paperwork, remittances, overpayments, and any other task that the department is not able to complete.
Requirements
Skills:
Familiar with an EMR system (Specifically Jane is preferred)
Being efficient with designated tasks
Attention to detail (crucial)
Able to make calls to insurance or parents when necessary
Teamwork
Willing to help others
Positive and encouraging attitude
Flexibility with departmental changes
Able to do repetitive tasks thoroughly
Willingness to learn new things
